At the beginning of the production process all incoming raw materials are inspected for condition and quality. The raw wood shavings used for manufacturing our bedding products are heated in order to kill any germs. Then the sterilised shavings are carefully sifted and dried. All dust is removed from the shavings during the thorough sifting process.
